The Parlor Shop specializes in artisan pizza and cocktails. Our food and beverage menu is inspired from our travels across the world and here in the Pacific Northwest. We both grew up in Kitsap County; Mike graduated from Bainbridge Island High School and Taylor from North Kitsap. We moved out of the county, out of state, and traveled to other countries, ultimately ending up back in Kitsap, where we would meet. We could not of thought of a better community to open up our doors to!
Perhaps equally as important, the unexpected extra few months gave us time to learn and prepare our selves and the Parlor Shop for the safest possible experience under these circumstances; from seating to eating—we’re ready to serve you great artisan pizza along with a warm and inviting, (and of course, socially safe) family friendly environment!

From the beginning, we’ve wanted to create an experience that was different. So we started with an atmosphere that celebrated true parlor style pizza—from our cold fermented, hand tossed crust, to farm fresh vegetables and Grande Wisconsin cheese. We hope you enjoy!
Whether you dine with us or order takeout we want to offer great food and great service. There is no additional charge for choosing to order online and pick up directly through our online ordering Toast Tab. We have partnered with locally owned Kitsap2go.com for delivery. Currently they deliver within 7 miles of Parlor Shop. There is a small charge for delivery through their site that allows us to offer delivery.
I learned a few of the recipes we feature today, many years ago from my mom—she was a fabulous cook.
We source organic ingredients whenever possible and have created a menu to bring out the best flavor of each ingredient. We source sustainable antibiotic free meats, some of which we cure and applewood smoke in the house. We offer a traditional New York style thin crust pizza with a Pacific Northwest twist.
The Lounge features classic cocktails along with new favorites. There is an old fashioned arcade room
that is currently open.
